卢明明，医学博士，博士后，副主任医师，武警特色医学中心医学影像科副主任，天津大学及天津中医药大学硕士研究生导师，主要方向为神经系统及头颈血管影像学诊断，中国研究型医院学会感染放射学分会人工智能组委员，国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家，Front Neurol杂志客座副主编，JMRI、AJNR等SCI杂志审稿专家，主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、天津市卫健委面上项目等课题7项，参与军队保健课题重点项目等课题7项，以第一作者/通讯作者（含共同）在JNNP、Stroke等杂志发表SCI论文20篇，其中TOP期刊8篇，参编医学专著4部，享受军队优秀专业技术人才岗位津贴，获天津大学医学部教学竞赛一等奖，获中华医学会放射学分会头颈组英文演讲比赛二等奖，获中国卫计委脑卒中防治优秀论文北斗奖，相关研究成果被新华社、人民日报客户端等主流媒体报道，单篇最高浏览量68万人次。
