个人简介
张小臣,博士,副研究员。博士毕业于南开大学,后于北京大学从事博士后阶段工作,2022年入职天津大学医学工程与转化医学研究院。长期致力于神经生物学方向的研究,通过动物行为学、电生理记录、原代细胞培养、遗传学调控等多种手段理解学习记忆及突触可塑性的机制,探究神经精神类疾病(如抑郁症、精神分裂症、焦虑症、孤独症、缺血性卒中)发病及损伤机制,同时关注神经调控技术的作用机制探究以及解析特异脑电信号的生物学基础。主持并参与国家重点研发计划、国家应用类项目、国家自然科学基金、中国博士后基金等多项国家、省部级科研项目。在包括Advance Science, PLoS Biology, Neuron, PNAS等高水平期刊上共发表SCI论文30余篇,申请及授权国家发明专利近10项。
主要研究方向
神经生物学:生理条件下学习记忆及突触可塑性的机制,病理条件下神经精神类疾病(如抑郁症、精神分裂症、焦虑症、孤独症、缺血性卒中)发病及损伤机制,关注神经调控技术的应用与调控机制,解析特异脑电信号的生物学基础。
