张桂敏，女，主任医师，医学博士，澳大利亚阿德莱德大学访问学者，多次参加高级鼻内镜技术培训班。擅长鼻内镜手术，到2024年底完成鼻部各类手术4000余例，受到患者广泛好评，曾于2020年获得华北区中青年鼻内镜手术视频比赛冠军。2020年获得全国中青年鼻内镜大赛鼻窦炎组第二名。从事耳鼻咽喉临床工作20余年，擅长功能性鼻内镜手术，如鼻中隔偏曲手术、扁桃体，腺样体微创手术、慢性鼻鼻窦炎、鼻息肉、额窦病变的内镜手术、鼻腔鼻窦良恶性肿瘤、鼻颅底肿物切除、鼻内镜下慢性泪囊炎鼻腔泪囊吻合术、脑脊液鼻漏修补等。发表学术论文20余篇，期中SCI论文10余篇。参加国家基金项目4项，主持市科委课题项目1项，主持卫健委重点学科专项1项。
