个人简介
胡剑书,牛津大学药理学博士,现任天津大学医学院英才副教授。长期从事心脏离子通道及钙信号电生理研究,在心血管电生理、药物研发和脑心互作机制研究方面积累了丰富经验。重点研究关注兰尼碱受体(RyR)及钾离子通道的结构、功能调控,以及其与儿茶酚胺敏感性多形性室性心动过速、恶性高热等疾病的关系。具备电生理、膜片钳、心肌细胞分离与成像、基因修饰动物模型、分子模拟及药物化学等交叉研究能力。已在国际学术期刊发表十余篇高水平论文并获多项授权专利。
