个人简介

天津大学英才副教授、硕士生导师,博士毕业于中国科学院大学,曾在苏州大学刘庄教授和程亮教授团队从事博士后研究。聚焦肿瘤、神经损伤等临床问题,创新开发生物活性纳米药物体系,研究其在生命系统中的作用机制,探索针对癌症、中枢神经损伤以及其他重大疾病的治疗新范式。近五年在Matter、ACS Nano、Materials Today等学术期刊发表论文40余篇,获授权中国发明专利2项。主持国家自然科学基金项目、博士后特别资助项目等4项,入选江苏省卓越博士后人才计划,担任Oncology and Translational Medicine青年编委及Nano Letter、Chemical Engineering Journal等多个国际期刊审稿人。

 

主要研究方向:

(1) 工程化细菌设计和构建,精准调控细菌的趋化导航和定植性能、增强免疫调节和癌细胞杀伤功能,建立智能精准肿瘤治疗新范式。

(2) 生物活性材料调控肿瘤-菌群-免疫互作网络机制研究,发展精准化免疫治疗新策略;

(3) 智能生物材料介导的中枢神经再生机制研究,发展调控神经网功能重塑的治疗新范式。

(4) 开发生物活性水滑石基纳米疫苗,强化铝佐剂协同效应,增强疫苗免疫应答及长效作用。
